We do what we said we would do.
We do not go around brokers, and we follow the rules of the transaction.
We are open about what is happening and do not sugarcoat the hard parts.
We do not skip important due diligence steps, and we stop taking new leads when we are at capacity.
We protect principal before we think about upside.
Dates, leases, roofs, HVAC, access, tenant spaces, and budgets all matter.
Investors, brokers, tenants, lenders, contractors, and sellers are partners.
We make sure everyone understands the tradeoffs before we move forward.
