Ivan’s five years in real estate are complemented by product experience with teams at Disney, Microsoft, and Samsung, plus founding a fintech platform that grew to more than five million monthly users.

He brings that same execution-first mindset to acquiring and stabilizing retail assets through Columbia Creek, working closely with brokers, sellers, and operating partners nationwide. When he has the chance, Ivan likes skiing with his kids, hiking, exploring new places, and going deep on mechanical watches.
