Alex Shikhanov has been working in construction for twenty years. He built a remodeling company in Seattle with over forty full-time employees and a projected revenue approaching $20M this year.

In 2020, Ivan and Alex partnered to launch a company focused on building modular luxury vacation homes, which led them to develop land and eventually shift into commercial real estate – now the primary focus for both of them.
